C7 Firmware Update
Firmware update instructions
1. Extract the files from the compressed package.

2. Run the executable file:Start PhoenixCard.exe .

3. Connect the hardware:
- Insert the card reader into your computer.
- Connect a MicroSD card to the reader.

4. Software interface:
The PhoenixCard interface will appear as shown below:

5.Select the firmware:
In the pop-up dialog box, choose the firmware file to update.

6. Recording mode settings:
- Select the "Mass card production" mode.
- Click "Record" to start the process.

7. The update is complete:
- Insert the card into your device.
- Turn on the device to start the automatic update (a progress bar will be displayed).

At the end:
- Turn off the device
- Remove the card
- Turn the device back on to start normally.

BX Firmware Update
Warning: After the update is complete, the device will automatically power on in approximately 1 minute. Do not restart the device during this process, as this could cause the update to fail and result in a black screen.
Before we begin
- Check your current firmware version.
- The most recent version is v0.0.9 (released in July 2025).
For devices purchased BEFORE July 4, 2025 (with firmware v2.0.1):
- First you must update to v0.0.5 using a MicroSD card → [ Download v0.0.5].
- After installing v0.0.5, subsequent updates can be performed wirelessly (OTA).
For devices purchased AFTER July 4, 2025:
- Direct OTA update is supported (no need to use a MicroSD card).

Update details:
- Certain known problems have been optimized.
- The evaluation criteria for the latitude and longitude parameters of GPS tracking in Motonavi have been modified.
- Support has been added for setting a 5.5-hour time zone.
- A countdown timer for shutdown and TF card malfunction notifications have been added.
- A notification has been added if the lens is not inserted.
- Collision detection has been disabled.
- It has been replaced with a new version of the boot logo.
Update procedure using a MicroSD card

Insert the MicroSD card into the target device and format it, or format it using a computer.

Extract the update files and copy all the contents of the folder to the newly formatted MicroSD card.

Power off the target device, insert the microSD card containing the update files, and then power it on. Wait for the update to complete. The device will automatically restart once it is finished.
OTA update procedure
Tip: To use OTA updates, the version must be at least V0.0.5.

Ensure the target device has a TF card inserted and a smartphone with mobile data (and the Motonavi app installed) is available. (Register an account if necessary.)

Open the Motonavi app on your smartphone, tap the OTA option on the main interface, and proceed with the OTA update. The app will transfer the update package to your device.

Once the update is complete, the device will display an update notification. Confirm the update and wait for it to finish. Do not operate the device during the update process.

The update includes (2025.10.29):
- Italian language support has been improved by correcting grammatical inaccuracies.
- The date display format has been updated to Day-Month-Year.
- A connectivity issue affecting iPhone devices updated to iOS 26 has been resolved.
Warning:
- Do not turn off the device during the update process.
- C6 firmware updates are only compatible with Windows-based computers.
- If you want to keep your customized home screen, do not perform the update.
C3 Plus Firmware Update

BM7 Firmware Update
Important note:
- Firmware V2.0 is only compatible with devices that are already running firmware V2.0.
- Do not update devices from V1.0 to V2.0, as this will disable touch functionality.

Before proceeding, please check your current firmware version:
- If your device is running V1.0, there is no need to update.
- If your device is running V2.0 or later, you can proceed with the update.

U6 & U7 Firmware Update
- Step 1: Connect your device to a working Wi-Fi network.
- Step 2: Go to System Settings and check the version. The update will start automatically if a new one is available.

How do I connect the ACC cable correctly?
The positive and negative terminals of the reducer cable connect to the positive and negative terminals of the motorcycle's power supply, and the ACC cable connects to the motorcycle's ignition cable.
How do I view videos recorded on my phone?
In the settings, the last icon has a QR code that you can scan to download the app. Once installed, you can use the app to view recorded videos and save them to your phone.
How do I replace the battery in a wireless remote control?
Remove a layer of stickers on the back of the remote control to reveal the screws. You can replace the battery with a new one by removing the screws marked in a box.
