Refunds & Returns

We want you to be delighted with your new purchase. Please inspect your items upon delivery. If there are any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team by email within 60 days of receipt. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will resolve the issue. (Please note that this policy only applies to items purchased from our online store https://aoocci.es ; we cannot offer after-sales service for purchases made on Amazon or other retailers. )

Return policy :

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at the email addresses above to request a return or exchange, but please keep the following in mind during the return process:

  • Returns must be requested within 60 days of your order.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • Products with scratches or other damage will not be accepted for return.
  • If the return is due to the consumer's fault, they will be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific cost will depend on the courier service chosen by the consumer.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part ( such as damaged or incorrect products received by the consumer ), the consumer will not have to bear the shipping costs. ( The return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt .)
  • If a product is defective or missing parts, the customer must return it to our factory in China for inspection.
  • Return Address: Please contact customer service by email for the return address (support@aoocci.com). Thank you.

Refunds:

  • If the product does not work with your car that is on our list of compatible models, we guarantee a 100% refund of the item after receiving the returned item undamaged and unworn.
  • The cost of express shipping is an additional service and is non-refundable.
  • If for any reason the customer decides that the item is no longer needed ( through no fault of the seller ), their refund will be reduced by a restocking fee equal to 15% of the total cost of the purchase.
  • We will notify you by email or message about your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
  • You will receive your refund within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. It may take some time for your bank to process the refund. If you haven't received your refund after some time, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank for further verification.
  • Returns made more than 60 days after the purchase date are not eligible for a refund according to the terms of our program.

No changes:

  • We do not accept orders or exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. Placing a new order now only guarantees you will receive it quickly and that it will not be out of stock.

Cancel order:

  • If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must contact us within 5 hours of placing the order and provided the package has not yet been shipped, providing the order number and explaining the reason for the cancellation.
  • Our customer service team will do everything possible to forward your instructions to the warehouse so they can monitor the fulfillment process and issue a refund before your package is shipped. Please note that we cannot cancel your order once the package is complete and has left the warehouse.
