Is it necessary to open an account to buy?

No, it's not mandatory. You can shop and pay as a guest each time.

However, if you create an account with us, you can place orders without having to re-enter your details each time you shop. You can register right now, or start shopping and create your account before finalizing your order on the shopping cart page.

How can I create an account?

Click on "Login/Register", then select "Create an account" and fill in your personal details.

How to place an order?

Find the items you want and add them to your shopping cart. When you're finished, go to your cart and proceed to checkout. Review and confirm that all the information is correct before confirming your purchase and making the payment.

How can I pay for my orders?
We accept payments through PayPal and all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Maestro.
Can I modify or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. This allows us to package your orders efficiently and minimize errors. We recommend reviewing your order before confirming it.

How can I tell if my order is confirmed?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us indicating that we have received your purchase. However, please note that orders will only be shipped once your card payment has been approved and your billing and shipping addresses have been verified. Alternatively, if you are a registered user, you can check your order status in "My Account".

I'm having trouble adding items to my shopping cart.

You can add items as long as they are available. An item may be in another customer's cart, in which case its status will appear as "Temporarily unavailable".

How can I track my order?

Tracking your order is easy once you've placed it! We dispatch your order within 1-2 business days, and once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link to monitor its delivery to your address.

What is the warranty policy?

What is the returns policy?

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. How long does shipping take and what is the cost?

Based on real-time delivery data from our customers in Spain, order processing and preparation (preparation time) typically takes 2 days, and shipping time is approximately 3 days. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
