Notice: When we ship your package, you will receive multiple emails informing you that it has been shipped and will have an order number and tracking code.

My tracking information shows that my package was delivered, but I never received it?

We know how important your order is! Aoocci offers our customers the option to track their package. If the tracking information indicates that your items have been delivered but you haven't received them, please check around your neighborhood in case another household received it by mistake. Talk to family members, roommates, etc., to see if they received it on your behalf. It's also possible the package was left with property managers or at an apartment office.

We will always do our best to help you, but Aoocci is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you still cannot locate your package, you should contact the shipping company to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND FEES?

The prices shown on our site are tax-free in US dollars, meaning you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be levied once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country. For more details regarding these charges, please contact your local customs office.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes.

Please note that any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
